Meet Gloria, our new administrative assistant!
Gloria De La Garza is a dedicated administrative professional based in Lynden, Washington, with over 15 years of experience in healthcare, legal, and customer service environments. She is HIPAA certified and highly knowledgeable in privacy compliance, claims processing, and bilingual communication—skills she has refined through her work with Coastal Administrative Services, Robinson & Kole Attorneys, and other organizations.
Gloria is known for her attention to detail, compassion, and ability to connect with people from all walks of life. Her fluency in both English and Spanish allows her to serve diverse communities with care and clarity, and her commitment to confidentiality and accuracy ensureshigh-quality support in every role she takes on.
Outside of work, Gloria enjoys growing vibrant flowers and fresh produce in her backyard. She also cares for her four small dogs and a flock of chickens, collecting fresh eggs daily. Gloria has been with her husband for 18 years and married for 15. Together, they share a 13-year-old son, and she is also a proud stepmother to her husband’s 21-year-old son. She finds joy in helping others and cherishes time spent with her family. Her love for learning and community involvement continues to inspire her both personally and professionally.
