Most insurances require a referral prior to beginning treatment. To get a referral, schedule an office visit with one of our providers or your primary care doctor.

Physical Therapy Services

From aching backs, to ankle sprains and knee surgery recoveries, our Physical Therapy department is here for you.

Your treatment plan may include manual therapy, spinal traction and stabilization, therapeutic exercise, bracing, taping, ultrasound, electrical stimulation, and more. Through these therapies, we strive to reduce your pain and improve function, physical strength, and range of motion.

Which insurances do you accept?

Do you take Medicare?

Unfortunately at this time, we do not accept Apple, Medicare, and Medicaid (Molina, Community Health Plan, DSHS, Coordinated Care).

Do you provide pediatric care?

We do not treat children less that 3 years of age. This age group should be seen by pediatricians.

What payment methods are accepted?

For date-of-service payments, we accept debit, all major credit cards, or cash. Checks are only accepted for payments that are not date-of-service, such as an on-account balance for a bill that has already been sent. To pay an on-account balance, we accept phone calls, in-person payments, and pay your bill online.
