Information Regarding Wait Times
During times when there are many people needing urgent care, wait times may be longer and we ask for your patience as every patient deserves quality medical attention. Since the amount of people waiting and their needs are diverse, Care Medical Group can only offer a rough estimate on how long the wait may be at any given time. Our waiting room offers many amenities to enhance your experience including warm beverages, basic entertainment and a courtesy call system. If estimated wait times are longer than an hour, our Front Desk team will ask you to provide your cell phone number and will call or text you when you are next in queue.
Care Medical Group’s procedures and policies are designed to see walk-in patients in the order of arrival; however, emergencies always take top priority to prevent loss of life and to stabilize the patient. This may lead to longer wait times.
Pro Tips:
- Dress comfortably
- Bring entertainment such as a book, tablet, or word puzzle
- Bring a mobile phone to be able to utilize our courtesy call system
- Check out CARE MEDICAL GROUP FORMS to cut down on paperwork time
Frequently Asked Questions
Which insurances do you accept?
Please visit this page to se a list of our accepted insurances: Accepted Insurances section
Do you take Medicare?
Unfortunately at this time, we do not accept Apple, Medicare, and Medicaid (Molina, Community Health Plan, DSHS, Coordinated Care).
What’s the difference between Urgent Care and the Emergency Department?
Emergency rooms (ER) are found at the local hospital and are open 24/7. The ER is best equipped for complex and critical needs, such as life-threatening injuries and illnesses. Urgent care clinics have extended hours outside of a primary care doctor and provide prompt care for common injuries and illnesses that are not life-threatening.
Do you provide pediatric care?
We are unable to provide medical care to pediatric patients who are ages 3 years and below. In order to provide adequate pediatric care we prefer to have a pediatric patient treated by a Pediatrician and at this time we do not have a Pediatrician on staff.
What payment methods are accepted?
For date-of-service payments, we accept debit, all major credit cards, or cash. Checks are only accepted for payments that are not date-of-service, such as an on-account balance for a bill that has already been sent. To pay an on-account balance, we accept phone calls, in-person payments, and pay your bill online.
