Compensation Details: $110,000 – $150,000 a year

Additional Incentive: $5,000 signing bonus with up to $15,000 bonus after 1 year based on patient volume

Job Description

Care Medical Group is seeking an energetic, and hardworking Physician Assistant (PA-C) or Nurse Practitioner to join our team. We welcome applicants at all levels of experience, with a training program available for recent graduates before taking on sole responsibility of patient care.

Full-time position with weekends on a rotating schedule.

  • MD support available 24/7
  • $5000 Signing Bonus
  • Up to $15,000 Yearly Bonus after 1 year based on patient volume

Essential Duties:

  • Provide high quality patient care with excellent customer service
  • Examine, diagnose, and create treatments plans
  • Order labs, imaging, and other diagnostic testing and interpret results.
  • Perform physical examinations to include DOT physicals and other employment-specific physicals through our Occupational Medicine Department
  • Display exceptional attention to detail when completing chart notes in EMR
  • Collaborate and consult with MD when necessary

    Essential Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:

    • Utilize excellent critical thinking skills and problem-solving skills
    • Always adhere strictly to HIPAA regulations
    • Adapt easily to new processes and procedures
    • Communicate effectively and accurately with members of the medical team and with patients.
    • Efficiently manage a small medical team and delegate/prioritize tasks appropriately

        Required Education: Physician Assistant, Certified (PA-C) or Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioner (ARNP) program
        Required Licensure: Current Washington State PA-C or ARNP license
        Physical Requirements: This position requires the ability to stand, walk, sit, use hand to finger coordination, handle or feel objects, tools or controls, reach with hands and arms, climb stairs, balance, stoop, kneel, crouch, and listen attentively. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 30 pounds.
        Immunization Requirements: Immunizations required: Influenza, Hep B, Tdap, MMR, varicella or a positive titer test, PPD and any additional immunizations determined necessary for the protection of staff and patients.
